A leafy resort that finally looks as calm on a phone as it does in person
Guests were reaching The Mandore through travel portals and phone calls. The old site squeezed a desktop layout onto mobile screens and sent every request into an email inbox nobody watched at night.

Drag the handle. Old site: January 2026. Screenshots taken at the same screen size.
The problems
- Availability form used four dropdowns that were hard to tap on a phone
- Requests landed in email with no reference number and no reply on WhatsApp
- Room types, safaris and village experiences had no pages of their own
- Contact forms were open to spam bots
The rebuild
Mobile booking card
Check-in, check-out and guest steppers sized for thumbs, with a sticky “Send request” bar.
Room and experience pages
Separate pages for each room and for the Osian camel safari, Bishnoi village visit and bird watching.
Reference numbers + WhatsApp
Every request gets a number and a one-tap “Continue on WhatsApp” with the details filled in.
Enquiry inbox app
An installable inbox for the owners, with two-factor login and CSV export.
Spam protection
reCAPTCHA and server-side checks, so only real guests get through.
What changed for the business
We used to find enquiries two days late. Now they arrive with a number, and we reply on WhatsApp before the guest has closed the page.
