Websites and appointment systems for Jodhpur’s clinics, hospitals and labs
Most Jodhpur doctors listed online have only a handful of patient reviews. A steady flow of genuine ones puts you ahead.
Patients are coming to Jodhpur. Most clinics are hard to find online.
AIIMS alone registers lakhs of new patients a year, the state scheme covers crores of families, and families check Google before they ring a clinic. Here is what the numbers say, and what the rules allow.
Cashless cover of up to ₹25 lakh a year at empanelled hospitals, with 2,370 treatment packages (1,806 under Chiranjeevi). Patients search for empanelled hospitals by name, so it belongs on your website.
Observed 6 October 2026. Six of the eight eye doctors had 4 or fewer patient stories, and Practo listed only one fertility specialist. Very few Jodhpur doctors have built much of a presence online.
But 46% have low or zero trust in them (LocalCircles, 56,000+ responses). Real reviews, with a polite reply to each, earn more trust than a high count.
NMC’s 2023 conduct regulations were put on hold within three weeks. Clinic ads also fall under the ASCI code, and health advice from influencers now needs a qualified person.

Have a website? Let’s see if patients can book from it.
Many Jodhpur clinics have a site that loads slowly, lists an old phone number and has no doctor pages. Send us the address and we will check it the way a patient on a phone would, and against the rules on medical advertising.
Free 10-point check on WhatsApp within 2 working days. Full report with fixes: ₹4,999.

What each patient agreed to, when and on which channel. Ready for DPDP duties.

Each branch and visiting doctor with its own timings, phone and Google profile.
Where patients come from
Google Maps, website, referral or scheme desk, counted by booked visits, not clicks.

Straight answers
Are doctors and clinics allowed to advertise in India?
Individual doctors are bound by the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations 2002, which still apply after NMC put its 2023 regulations on hold. They restrict self-promotion by doctors. A clinic website that gives factual information (doctors, qualifications, timings, fees, services) is the safe approach. Clinic ads also fall under the ASCI code: no cure claims, no unverifiable “best”, no guaranteed results. We write within these limits and flag anything doubtful for you to decide.
Can we put patient testimonials on our website?
We advise against written testimonials about treatment results. They easily become outcome claims. Patients can leave their own reviews on Google; we help you ask for them politely after a visit, never offer anything in return, and reply to each one. Before-and-after photos need the patient’s written consent and a clear note that results differ.
How do we get more Google reviews without breaking any rules?
Ask every patient, not only the happy ones, with a short WhatsApp message after the visit. Never pay, never offer discounts for reviews and never write them yourself. Clinics that do this steadily usually see reviews build up within a few months, though we can’t promise a number. Replies must not confirm that someone was a patient or discuss their treatment.
Is patient data on WhatsApp and web forms safe under the DPDP Act?
The DPDP Rules were notified in November 2025 and the main duties (notice, consent, security, breach reporting) apply from 13 May 2027. We set up forms that say what is collected and why, log consent, keep data in Indian-hosted systems with role-based access, and give you a process for deletion requests. Clinical records stay in your existing HIS or EMR.
Should our website mention MAA Yojana or other schemes?
Yes, if you are empanelled. Rajasthan’s MAA scheme covers about 1.34 crore registered families, and many patients look for empanelled hospitals before they visit. List which schemes you accept, what to bring and who to ask at the desk, and keep it updated.
How much does a clinic website cost?
A single-doctor clinic usually fits our Dukaan Starter plan at ₹12,999 one-time; a multi-speciality clinic with doctor pages and Hindi fits Business Pro at ₹29,999 one-time. The clinic CRM is from ₹2,499 a month and SEO for clinics is ₹14,999 a month. You can stop any month.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Not always. Start with the free audit. Often fixing the Google profile, doctor pages, speed and the appointment form is enough. If the site can’t be fixed sensibly, we’ll tell you and quote a rebuild.
