Websites and admission systems for Jodhpur’s coaching institutes
Utkarsh grew from a Jodhpur classroom to 15 million YouTube subscribers. Your batch page can start with the next admission cycle.
Lakhs of aspirants every cycle. Most choose an institute online.
Rajasthan’s recruitment exams draw lakhs of applications for a few thousand posts, NEET registrations from the state are rising, and new rules decide what an institute may claim. Here is where Jodhpur stands.
Up about 15% on 1.81 lakh in 2025 (our calculation). Rajasthan is third among states, behind Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra.
The highest yet, up from 15.40 lakh in 2025. State-wise figures were not published in the sources we found.
3.76 lakh of 6.75 lakh, down from 66% the year before. Many students who enquire drop out before exam day, so steady follow-up matters.
For centres with more than 100 students: misleading ads are banned, the full course fee can’t be taken upfront and fees must be refunded when a student leaves. Central guidelines bar under-16s and rank or selection guarantees.

- 13 Nov 2024CCPA rules on coaching ads
- 3 Sep 2025Rajasthan coaching Bill passed
CCPA also issued 45 notices, and ₹1.15 crore was refunded to students through the National Consumer Helpline (December 2024). “100% selection” claims are explicitly banned.
Aspirants judge teaching on video before they visit. A short clip of your faculty explaining one topic can do more than a hoarding.

Straight answers
Can we show toppers and results in our ads?
Yes, within the CCPA Guidelines for Prevention of Misleading Advertisement in Coaching Sector (2024). You need the student’s written consent, and the ad must state their rank, the course they took and whether it was paid or free, with disclaimers in the same font as the claim. “100% selection” or “guaranteed job” claims are banned. We set up a results page and a consent record that follow these rules.
Does Rajasthan’s new coaching law apply to us?
The Rajasthan Coaching Centres (Control and Regulation) Bill, passed in September 2025, covers centres with more than 100 students. It requires registration, bans misleading ads, stops institutes demanding the full course fee upfront and requires refunds when a student leaves. Check the notified rules and dates with your adviser; we make sure your website, fee pages and CRM match what applies.
Can we enrol students under 16 for NEET or JEE foundation?
The Ministry of Education’s 2024 coaching guidelines say coaching centres should not enrol students below 16. Our demo-class and admission forms ask for age, so your team can follow the rule. School tuition and foundation offerings should be checked with your adviser.
YouTube or a website: where should we start?
Both, linked to each other. YouTube is where aspirants judge your teaching; Jodhpur’s Utkarsh Classes has about 15 million subscribers. A website with batch pages is where they enrol and where Google sends “RAS coaching in Jodhpur” searches. We link every video to the right batch page.
When should we run admission ads?
Around notifications, results and new-session dates: when RPSC, RSSB or RSMSSB release a notice, when NTA results come out, and before the school session. The CRM keeps past enquirers on a list so you can message them the day a notification lands.
How much does an institute website cost?
Most institutes fit Business Pro at ₹29,999 one-time: up to 15 pages in Hindi and English, batch pages and a demo-class form. The admissions CRM is from ₹2,999 a month and SEO for coaching institutes is ₹19,999 a month. You can stop any month.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Not always. Start with the free audit. Often updating batch pages, fixing the results page, speeding up the site and adding a demo-class form is enough. If the site can’t be fixed sensibly, we’ll tell you and quote a rebuild.
